Ingredients
- 2 cups vanilla wafer crumbs
- 1/3 cup Parkay Margarine, melted
- 1 8 3/4 oz can Coco Goya Cream of Coconut
- 2 8 oz pkgs Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 tsp rum flavoring
- 1 8 - oz container frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1/2 cup chopped maraschino cherries, well-drained
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 1/3 cup flaked coconut, toasted

Preparation
Step 1
1) Combine crumbs, margaine and press into bottom of 13X9 inch pan
2) Gradually add cream of coconut to cream cheese, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended.
3) Stir in flavoring.
4) Fold in whipped topping, pineapple, cherries and nuts.
5) Spread over crust.
6) Sprinkle with coconut.
7) Chill several hours or overnight.
