Ingredients
- 8 slices bacon
- 2 cups shredded swiss cheese
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups (1pint) half and half
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- dash of cayenne

Preparation
Step 1
1. Cook bacon until crisp and break into pieces. Sprinkle on bottom of a 1 1/2 qt greased casserole dish. Mix swiss cheese and parmesan cheese well with beaten eggs, cream, salt, nutmeg and cayenne.
2. Pour over bacon in casserole. Bake in 350F oven for 35 mins or until set.
