Ingredients
- 1/2 c lowfat greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp tabasco sauce
- 1/4 tsp each salt and pepper
- 1 scallion, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh flat leaf parsley, finely chopped
- 2 oz. blue cheese
- Sliced cucumbers, radishes and potato chips
