Ingredients

  • 1 tube (11oz) refrigerated crusty french loaf
  • 3/4- 1 C shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 3/4- 1 C shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 lb each thinly sliced deli salami & ham
  • 1/4 C chopped roasted red peppers or 1 jar ( 2 oz) pimentos, drained
  • 1 T butter, melted
  • 2-3 T shredded parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Unroll the dough & pat into 14 x 12" rectangle.
Sprinkle with mozzarella & cheddar cheese to within 1/2" of edges.
Top with meat & red peppers.
Roll up jelly-roll style, starting with a short side.
Seal seam & tuck ends under.
Place seam side down on an ungreased baking sheet.
Brush with butter; sprinkkle with parmesan cheese.
Bake at 375* for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
Slice with a serrated knife.
