- 1 quart chicken broth
- 4 eggs
- Chives or green onion tops

Preparation
Step 1
Heat broth to boiling. Beat eggs well and drop into broth by tablespoonful. Stir well with a fork. simmer 3 minutes. Sprinkle with chives green onion tops.
