Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp. fast rising yeast (7 gr. pkg.)
  • 1/2 cup lukewarm milk
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 3 cups flour
  • 3 tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 cup margarine
  • 2 eggs
  • melted butter
  • 4 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

Dissolve yeast in warm milk combined with 1 tsp. sugar. Sift dry ingredients, except cinnamon, 1/2 cup sugar and melted butter into bowl. Cut in margarine. Beat eggs into yeast and milk. Add liquid to dry ingredients. Place dough in covered bowl and refrigerate overnight. Divide dough into 8 parts. Roll out, part at a time in a rectangle or circle. Spread with melted butter, sprinkle generously with sugar and cinnamon. Cut into wedges. Dip into cinnamon and sugar. Place on well-greased cookie sheet. Let rise 1 hour. Bake at 350 F for 12-15 minutes. Enjoy
