Ingredients

3 C. Flour
1 C. Butter
1 C. Sugar
2 t. Baking Powder
1 t. Vanilla
4 Eggs- Jumbo

Preparation

Step 1

Mix well, roll out 1/4' Thick (use plenty of flour on board). Cut with round cookie cutter. Brush top with beaten egg whites. Dip into a ground walnut and sugar mixture.
1/2 recipe makes 22 cookies
