Ingredients
- 2/3 C boiling water
- 1 pkg (4 serving) Jello Strawberry Gelatin- or any red flavor
- 1/2 C cold water
- Ice cubes
- 1 C chopped strawberries
- 1 tub (8oz) coolwhip, thawed
- 1 prepared graham cracker pie crust (6oz)

Preparation
Step 1
Stir boiling water into gelatin in a large bowl 2 minutes or until completely dissolved.
Mix cold water & ice cubes to make 1 1/4 C.
Add to gelatin, stirring until slightly thickened.
Remove any remaining ice.
Stir in whipped topping with wire whisk until smooth.
Mix in fruit.
Refrigerate 10-15 minutes or until mixture is very thick & will mold.
Spoon into crust.
Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
Garnish with additional whipped topping, if desired.
Store left over pie in refrigerator.
