Pecan Turtles

Ingredients
- 1 bag (14 oz) caramels
- 3 Tablespoons butter
- 1 1/2 cups pecans
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Preparation
Step 1
Combine caramels and butter in top of a double boiler. Cook over medium high heat, stirring occasionally, until melted. Stir in pecans. Drop by tablespoon onto greased cookie sheet, flatten slightly. Spoon about 1/2 teaspoon melted chocolate over each nut cluster. Refrigerate 10-15 minutes or until chocolate is set.
Makes 36 turtles.
