  • Flour 500g x3 1500g
  • Sugar 20g x3 60g
  • Salt 10g x3 40g
  • Butter 375g x3 1125g
  • Eggs 2 x3 6
  • Milk 2 TBL x3 6 tbl

Preparation

Step 1

Mix salt and sugar add buter in small pieces and beat for a few seconds
Add eggs & milk
Beat for a few seconds and add all the flour
Beat just long enough to blend ingredients

*Don’t Overwork
* Don’t worry if small pieces of butter are still visible
