Ingredients
- 125 ml light soy sauce
- 90 g honey
- 1 orange juiced
- 3 garlic cloves, crushed
- 3 cm piece ginger, finely grated
- 2 T vegetable oil, plus extra to cook
- 1 t sesame oil
- 800 g piece beef sirloin, cut into strips
- Coriander and steamed rice to serve

Preparation
Step 1
Combine marinade ingredients and add beef. Stir to coat. Season with pepper and cover with plastic wrap. Fridge for at least 3 hours.
Drain beef, discard marinade. Cook for 3 minutes, rest for 5.
