  • 4 pints of yellow beans
  • 3 cups of sugar
  • ½ cup of flour
  • ½ cups of dry mustard
  • 1 tablespoon curcuma
  • 3 teaspoons of celery seeds
  • 3 cups of white vinegar
  • salt to taste

Step 1


1. Blanch yellow beans and drain.
2. Mix remaining ingredients and cook together.
3. When right consistency, add yellow beans.
4. Put in sterilized jars.
