Sausage Casserole

Experiment with sausage. Cajun, Italian, plain. Try them all!

Ingredients

• 1 lb. pork sausage
• 1 c. cooked rice
• 1/4 c. minced onion
• 1 c. cream of mushroom soup
• 1/2 c. chopped celery
• 1/4 c. chopped pimento
• 1/4 c. water

Preparation

Step 1

Saute sausage, celery, and onion. Drain off fat. Combine with rest of ingredients and bake in casserole at 350˚ for 30 minutes.
