• 4 Packages Spicy Italian Sausages
• 1 Red Pepper
• 1 Yellow Pepper
• 1 Green Pepper
• 1 Red Onion

Step 1

Grill Italian sausages so the casings are just grilled and a little done. Cut sausages into 2 inch pieces, put in bottom of crock pot.

Cut Peppers and onions into rings and layer on top of the sausages. Cover crock pot and cook on low for 6-7 hours. DO NOT ADD ANY LIQUID. The sausages and the vegetables will make there own sauce.

Serve with Hoagie rolls. This is a HUGE hit.
