Ingredients
- 1 T oil
- 4 Boneless chicken breast
- 1 T Finely chopped onion
- 1/3 cup Chicken broth
- 1/3 cup light mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1 T Finely chopped fresh herbs (parsley,basil,oregano,chives)

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil in large nonstick skillet
Cook chicken 10 minutes until golden on both sides
Add onion and cook for 1 minute
Stir in broth, mayonnaise and mustard Heat just to a boil
simmer, stirring 4 minutes until sauce thickens slightly. Stir in herbs
