Ingredients
- 5 cups of peaches peeled and sliced
- 4 cup of apples peeled and sliced
- 2 cups of dried raisins
- 4 cups of brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon clove
- 1 teaspoon allspice
- 2 teaspoons of salt
- 1/8 teaspoon of pepper
- 1 ½ cups of apple vinegar

Step 1
1. Mix all ingredients.
2. Cook, stirring slowly for about 1 hour or until thick.
3. Pour in hot sterilized glass jars.
