Ingredients
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup fresh rosemary, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh red pepper flakes
- 2 1/2 cup almonds (whole if you want finger food)
- Kosher salt

Step 1
Heat olive oil in a large sauce pan over medium heat. throw in red pepper flakes and rosemary and cook just until rosemary starts to brown. Add almonds and stir for a couple minutes until almonds are warm but not brown. Cool on cookie sheet in a single layer. When cool, sprinkle with Kosher salt.
