Grilled Flank Steak Burritos

Ingredients
- For Steak Marinade:
- 1 lb. skirt or flank steak
- 1 bell pepper
- Queso Fresco (crumbly cheese)
- tomatoe
- avocado
- flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup sherry
- 2 Tbsp Sugar
- 3 Tbsp garlic
- 2 Tbsp sesame oil
- 2 Tbsp ginger
- 3 Tbsp Caribbean Jerk Seasoning

Preparation
Step 1
Marinade the steak and let sit in fridge for no less than 4 hours.
Remove the steak from the marinade. Reserve marinade.
Grill steak over medium-high heat for 2 1/2 minutes on each side. Flipping twice for a total of 10 minutes on the grill.
While the steak is cooking, heat a saute' pan to a high temperature. Add the leftover marinade to the hot pan and reduce until almost thick. Stir constantly.
Serve with flour tortillas and fixings.
