Ingredients
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 to 4 tbsp rum
- 1/4 lb semisweet or sweet chocolate
- 2 to 3 tbsp whipping cream
- 2 stiffly beaten egg whites
- 2 cups whipped cream

Preparation
Step 1
Cook sugar over very low heat until dissolved but not brown in color. Add rum. Melt chocolate, then stir in whipping cream. Add the syrup to the melted chocolate and stir until smooth.
