Our Easy Peach Sauce is a little sweet, a little tart, and great over pancakes, waffles, french toast, cheesecake, ice cream...well, pretty much anything you'd like!

Ingredients
- 3 medium peaches, peeled and sliced (about 1 lb)
- 6 tablespoons white sugar, or to taste
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1/8 teaspoon salt

Step 1
Rinse, peel and cut the peaches into pieces. Put them in a medium saucepan and add the sugar.
In a small bowl, mix the cornstarch and water together, then pour it over the peaches and sugar. Add the salt and stir to combine.
Cook and stir over medium-high heat until it comes to a simmer. Reduce heat slightly but keep the sauce simmering. Cook approximately 5 minutes, or until the sauce is thickened, stirring often.
Recipe Notes
Adjust the sweetness to your taste by starting with 6 tablespoons of sugar and adding 1 tablespoon at a time until it's perfect for you.
