Ingredients

  • 1 7up (7-10 oz)
  • 3/4 C. sugar
  • 3 T. corn starch
  • 1/4 t. salt
  • 1/2 of 3 oz box strawberry jello
  • Quart of strawberries, (sliced optional)
  • 1 pie crust baked and cooled
  • ●Place strawberries into prepared crust.
  • ●Mix 7up, sugar, salt and corn starch in boiler and cook until thick. Add jello and cool.
  • ●Pour filling over strawberries.
