1.Heat oven to 325º F. In a medium bowl, whisk together the egg whites and sugar; mix in the cornflakes, coconut, and cranberries.
2.Drop mounds of the mixture (each equal to 2 tablespoons) onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
3.Bake until the edges are golden brown, 22 to 25 minutes
