Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup sliced onions
- 2 garlic cloves sliced
- 1 cup of sliced celery
- 1/3 teaspoon powdered chili
- 1 teaspoon tomato paste
- 1 pound of minced beef
- 1 can tomatoes (19 ox-540 ml)
- 1 can red kidney beans
- salt & pepper

Preparation
Step 1
1. Heat oil and sauté five (5) next ingredients for five minutes
2. Add powdered chili and tomato paste and cook for 2 minutes.
3. Add minced meat and cook until brown.
4. Add tomatoes and kidney beans, salt and pepper.
5. Bring to a boil, cover and put in the oven at 300 for 1-½ hours.
P.S. you can add hot pepper sliced
