Ingredients
- 1/4 c butter
- 1 quartered garlic clove
- 1 lb. sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 lb. proscuitto ham (or cooked ham) cut in match sticks
- 3/4 cup whipping cream
- 1/4 t pepper
- 8 oz. green & white fettucine
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan or asiago

Preparation
Step 1
Saute garlic in butter.
Saute mushrooms until soft.
Saute ham (add more butter if needed). Keep warm in large saucepan.
Stir cream, salt & pepper & deglaze mushroom pan. Pour over mushrooms. Keep warm.
Cook fettucine. Add mushroom mixture & cheese. Toss.
Sprinkle with more cheese to serve.
