Ingredients
- WHOLE RECIPE:
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 cups flour
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup sugar
- 8-9 peaches
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 cup sour cream
- HALF RECIPE:
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 cup flour
- 1/8 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup salt
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 4-5 peaches
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/2 cup sour cream

Preparation
Step 1
1. Work butter into flour, baking powder, salt, and 2(or 1 for 1/2 recipe) tbsp of sugar until mixture looks like coarse cornmeal.
2. Put on an even layer of the mixture over the bottom and half-way up the sides of a baking pan. Press firmly until pastry holds.
3. Skin and slice peaches. Arrange peaches in the shell.
4. Mix cinnamon and remaining sugar together and sprinkle on top of the peaches. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
5. Mix egg yolks and sour cream together. Pour mixture over top. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
