Ingredients
- 1 Pkg. ( 227g ) Sliced Mushrooms
- 2 Garlic Cloves, minced
- 3 Egg Whites
- 1 Pkg. ( 300g ) Frozen Chopped Spinach, thawed & well drained
- 1 Container ( 425g ) Part Skim Ricotta Cheese
- 1 C. Part Skim Mozzarella Shredded Cheese, divided
- 1/3 C. Parmesan Grated Cheese, divided
- 1 Pkg. ( 250g ) Manicotti Shells ( 14 Shells ), cooked & drained
- 2 C. Pasta Sauce

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Spray lg. skillet with cooking spray. Add mushrooms & garlic; cook 5 min. on med heat, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Beat egg whites lightly in med. bowl. Add mushroom mixture, spinach, ricotta cheese & half each of the mozzarella & Parmesan cheeses; mix well. Spoon evenly into manicotti shells. Place in 13x9-in. baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Cover with pasta sauce. Bake 40 min. or till heated through. Top with the remaining cheeses; continue baking 5 min. or till cheese is melted.
