Ingredients

  • 2 pkg Refrigerated Sugar Cookie Dough
  • 2 pkg Cream Cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 8 whole Strawberries (sliced)
  • 2 whole Kiwi (peeled and sliced)
  • 1 can Mandarin Oranges (drained)
  • 2 Banana (peeled and sliced)

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Spray two 24 count mini muffin tins.
Divide dough into 48 pieces & place 1 piece in each tin.
Press down & up edges.
Bake approximately 10-12 minutes until lightly browned.
Let cool in pans. After cooled remove from pans.

Beat cream cheese & powdered sugar until fluffy.
Pipe filling into each cookie cup.

Top each cup with any combination of sliced fruit.
