Ingredients

4 X 8oz cream cheese
1 c sour cream
3 Tbsp. flour
1 c sugar
4 eggs
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 c graham crumbs
3 Tbsp sugar
3 Tbsp butter

Details

Preparation

Step 1

Combine ingredients for base and spread into springform pan.
Bake 325F X 10 mins

While this cools:

Blend cream cheese until smooth.
Add rest of ingredients blending well.

Poor over graham cracker crust.
Bake 450F X 10 mins; then 250F X 1 hour

top of cheesecake should look slightly unset
