Ingredients

  • 1

    can refrigerated pizza crust dough

  • 1/4

    cup BBQ sauce

  • 1

    (6 ounce) package grilled chicken breast strips

  • 1/2

    cup, vertically sliced red onion, optional

  • 2/3

    cup shredded colby jack cheese

  • 1

    teaspoon toasted sesame seeds

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pan a baking sheet, roll out pizza crust into an 11 x 10 inch rectangle. Spread BBQ over the dough, leaving a one inch border around the edges of the dough. Top with chicken, onion, and cheese. Roll up the dough, starting at the short side, jelly roll style. Fold ends under and pinch seams to seal. Place seam side down on sheet and spray top of roll with nonstick cooking spray. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Cut 3 slits in top of roll to vent. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until golden. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
