LAUNDRY DETERGENT (HOME MADE)

I have made this. it really works !!! and is safe for HE machines!! No DIES, NO PERFUMES JUST CLEAN CLOTHES, WITHOUT THE COAST OF HIGH BRAN NAMES. HYPO-ALLIGENIC SAFE FOR ALL SKIN TYPES GIVE THIS A TRY... IT'S LES THAN 10.00. ALL PRODUCTS ARE FOUND AT WALL-MART IN THE LAUNDRY ISLE. If you like the scented smell, you can add essential oil for you favorite sent... Orange, Lemmon, Lavender.... ECT.

Ingredients

• 1 Cup 20 mule team Borax
• 1 Cup Arm & Hammer Super Washing Soda
• 1 Bar Fels-Naptha Laundry Bar
• 9 gallons water
• 10 empty milk jugs
• 5 gallon pail

Preparation

Step 1

1. Use a small grater to grate the Fels-Naptha soap, on a paper plate, or plastic baggie. set aside.
2. fill the 5 gallon pail with 2 and 1/2 gallons hot tap water water
3.in a stainless steel pan, heat 4 cups water, to a very slow boil. Slowly with a wire whisk, add the grated soap to the hot water, small hand fills at a time making sure it is melted... do not boil!!!! until all is melted
4. at the same time take another 2 1/2 gallons water to water almost boiling boiling.
5. add the very hot melted soap mixture to the 5 gallon pail hot tap water. stir, until is all dissolved.
6. add 1 cup borax and 1 cup super washing soda Stir until all is dissolved again. add the heated tap water, (stir again) cover the pail... wait 24 hours, it will gel up like gelatin.
7. the next day fill all the gallon jugs half-way with tap water, stir the soap again until it is pourable... Fill the rest of the jugs with the soap mixture. Leave a few inches empty at the top of the jug, the mixture sometimes settles. Just give it a couple of shakes each time before you add it to your machine.
8. use in your washing machine the same way you would the EXPENSIVE STORE BAUGHT. if it looks a little chunky.. it ok, just give it a few shakes.
