Ingredients
- 3 lbs hamburg
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp red pepper
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tsp paprika
- 2 tsp onion powder
- salt to taste
- 2 tsp garlic salt
- SAUCE
- 2/3 cup canned milk
- 2/3 cup white sugar
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- use less vinegar to make thicker. Shake in a jar and refridgerate.

Step 1
Combine and press into a rectangular shape. Put on a broiler pan...a rack over the pan so grease can drip off while cooking. Cover with tin foil on top of meat for first 2 hours so it doesnt burn the top. Bake at 325 for 2 1/2 - 3 hours.
