Ingredients

  • 3 # boneless pork loin
  • 1 (12 oz) can beer
  • 1/2 cup dark Karo corn syrup
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/3 cup prepared mustard
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 to 2 Tablespoons chili powder
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Step 1

1. Place the pork in a large self-sealing bag. In a medium bowl, stir together beer, corn syrup, onion, mustard, oil, chili powder and garlic; pour over pork, seal bag and toss gently to coat pork. Refrigerate for 4-24 hours.
2. Prepare medium-hot grill.
3. Remove pork from marinade (reserving marinade for basting).
4. Grill pork on rotisserie (or bake in oven about an hour). Internal temp should read between 155-160 degrees. Let it rest for 10 minutes before carving.
