Ingredients

  • RAW VEGAN CHIPOTLE PARMESAN
  • 2 T. walnuts
  • 2 T. nutritional yeast
  • 1/4 t. garlic powder
  • 1/4 t. chipotle powder (or 1/8-1/4 t. cayenne, depending on how spicy you like it)
  • 1/8 t. salt
  • Using a coffee grinder, whir the walnuts and the nutritional yeast until powdery. Stir in the rest.
  • RAW AVOCADO FRIES
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 raw vegan chipotle parmesan recipe

Slice avocado into fries and roll in parmesan. Serve.

You can also roll avocados in parmesan and then mash to make a dip.
