Ingredients
- RAW VEGAN CHIPOTLE PARMESAN
- 2 T. walnuts
- 2 T. nutritional yeast
- 1/4 t. garlic powder
- 1/4 t. chipotle powder (or 1/8-1/4 t. cayenne, depending on how spicy you like it)
- 1/8 t. salt
- Using a coffee grinder, whir the walnuts and the nutritional yeast until powdery. Stir in the rest.
- RAW AVOCADO FRIES
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 raw vegan chipotle parmesan recipe

Preparation
Step 1
Slice avocado into fries and roll in parmesan. Serve.
You can also roll avocados in parmesan and then mash to make a dip.
