A Lighter Wet Burrito Casserole 1 Picture

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 lb ground turkey
  • 1/2 chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • 10 flour tortillas
  • 2 (10 ounce) cans refried beans
  • 2 cups shredded low-fat cheddar cheese
  • 1 (10 ounce) can low-fat cream of mushroom soup
  • 8 ounces light sour cream

Step 1

Directions:

1 Brown hamburger and drain.

2 Add taco seasoning, prepare as on back of package. Add refried beans.

3 Mix Mushroom soup with sour cream.

4 Spread 1/2 of this mixture over bottom of 9x13" casserole dish.

5 Cut Flour tortillas in 1" squares with scissors. Place 1/2 of them on next in the baking dish, top with a layer of refried beans and ground meat. Put the rest of the flour tortillas on top and cover with remaining cream mixture. .

6 Sprinkle cheese on top and bake in 350°F oven for 30 minutes.

7 Garnish with green onions and tomatoes.

8 Serve picante sauce or salsa and Tortilla chips on side.
