Thom's Banana Pudding

Although I like Donna's pudding best this one is quick and easy and is not cooked. It is based upon Jell-o Vanilla Pudding mix and sweetened condensed milk. I still like it and I hope you will as well.

Ingredients
- 2/3 cup instant vanilla pudding mix (about 2 small boxes)
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 3 cups heavy cream
- 1 box "Nilla" wafers

Preparation
Step 1
Put "cold" heavy cream into mixer bowl with whisk attachment.
Put mixing bowl, cream and whisk in freezer for a few minutes.
Meanwhile, add vanilla pudding mix to a large bowl.
1. Whisk in 1½ cups water and 1 can sweetened condensed milk.
2. Let sit for 15 minutes to thicken; whisk every few minutes until thick.
Take mixing bowl, cream and whisk attachment from freezer and whip cream until peaks form.
1. Scrape whipped cream into pudding mixture.
2. “Fold” the whipped cream into the pudding.
Take your large pudding bowl and line the bottom with nilla wafers and on side.
1. Slice bananas and place one-third sliced bananas on nilla wafer.
2. Top with one-third of the pudding.
3. Arrange another one-third nilla wafers and bananas.
4. Top with one-third of the pudding.
5. Arrange last one-third nilla wafers and bananas.
6. Top with last one-third of the pudding.
Sprinkle nilla wafer crumbs on top.
