Ingredients
- DIPPERS:
- 6 oz (squares) unsweetened chocolate
- 1 1/2 c sugar
- 1 c light cream
- 1/2 c unsalted butter
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 3 T orange flavored liqueur
- angel food cake
- pound cake
- apples
- maraschino cherries
- large marshamallows
- bananas
- mandarin oranges

Preparation
Step 1
In saucepan melt chocolate over low heat. Add sugar, cream, butter and salt. Cook, stirring constantly until thickened. Stir in the liqueur. Pour into a fondue pot and place over burner. Spear dippers with fondue forks and dip.
