Ingredients

DIPPERS:
6 oz (squares) unsweetened chocolate
1 1/2 c sugar
1 c light cream
1/2 c unsalted butter
1/8 tsp salt
3 T orange flavored liqueur
angel food cake
pound cake
apples
maraschino cherries
large marshamallows
bananas
mandarin oranges

Preparation

Step 1

In saucepan melt chocolate over low heat. Add sugar, cream, butter and salt. Cook, stirring constantly until thickened. Stir in the liqueur. Pour into a fondue pot and place over burner. Spear dippers with fondue forks and dip.
