Ingredients
- Store-bought graham cracker crust
- ½ cup crushed pecans
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 4 (8 oz) packages of cream cheese
- 1 1/8 cup of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 1/2 cups egg nog (not low-fat)
- 3 eggs

Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350. Open store-bought graham cracker crust. Sprinkle pecans, brown sugar and cinnamon evenly around the crust. Set aside.
2. Beat cream cheese in a very large mixing bowl until smooth (I use medium-high speed.)
3. Add in sugar, vanilla and nutmeg. Continue beating on medium/low.
4. Combine egg and beat until they are thoroughly mix in.
5. Add egg on stir with a spatula until it is smooth.
6. Pour into crust.
Bake for 50 minutes or until thoroughly done.
