Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 4 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp. vinegar
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 9 1/2 cups shredded cabbage (Or use a family size bag of shredded coleslax mix with carrots)
  • 1/2 cup grated carrots
  • 1/4 cup minced sweet onions

Preparation

Step 1

1. Whisk together mayonnnaise, sugar, milk, lemon juice ,vinegar and salt and pepper in a large bowl
2. Toss the cabbage, carrots and onion into the dressing; mix well.
3. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or up to overnight before serving
