Ingredients

  • 1 container ( 8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh chives or green onions
  • 1/4 cup slivered almonds, toasted
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cayenne pepper ( more or less to taste)
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese to coat the balls
  • 12-15 peppercorns
  • 1 baby carrot (sliver of)

Step 1

Directions:
Mix cream cheese, fresh chives or green onion, almonds, cayenne pepper and shredded cheddar cheese until well blended.

Divide mixture into 3 different sized balls to make the body. Coat each ball in Parmesan cheese. Place peppercorns in for eyes, mouth and buttons.
Place a carrot sliver on for the nose.

Place on a serving tray. You can chill the balls until ready to serve and put together or serve right away.
