Ingredients
- 1/2 pound (2 cups) cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 pound (2 cups) Munster cheese, shredded
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- cubed ham (Farmland packages cubed ham)
- diced green onions - greens only
- diced tomato
- 2 already made Pillsbury pie crusts

Preparation
Step 1
Combine and mix all ingredients (except pie crusts) in a large bowl.
Place mixture in a pie crust. Cover with second pie crust and pinch crusts together.
Bake in oven (on foil for run-over) for approximately 35 minutes.
Serve warm or allow to cool for about 20 minutes before serving (easier to cut and serve when cooled).
Cooks Notes: Can substitute precooked sausage for ham; can substitute veggies. Don't recommend adding more to the above recipe unless you make two pastry pies instead of one. The above barely fits into one pie.
