- 1/2 * 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 * 2 dashes anise extract
- 2 * 2 ounces hot, freshly made espresso
- 3/4 * 3/4 ounce Vecchio Amaro del Capo
- 3/4 * 3/4 ounce aged rum

Instructions
Whisk together the heavy cream and anise extract until viscous but not stiff.
Fill an Irish Coffee glass or other heat-proof glass with espresso, amaro and rum. Top with the whipped cream and serve.
