Ingredients
- 2 cups of sugar
- 1/3 cup of corn syrup
- 1/3 cup of water
- 2 eggs whites
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
1. Mix sugar, corn syrup and water in a bain-marie.
2. Cook over hot water until thermometer indicates 238. Take out.
3. Add whites (whipped firm) and vanilla.
4. Whip until the mix is cold, and creamy.
Varieties:
Honey: prepare the same way but replace the corn syrup with honey omitting vanilla.
Coffee: Prepare as such, but replace the water by strong cold coffee and omitting vanilla.
