Ingredients
- Cream together:
- 3/4 cup marg/butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 1 egg
- Mix together, then blend in:
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp ginger
- 1 tsp cinnamon

Form into balls and roll in sugar. Then place on cookie sheet and bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
