Ingredients
- 2 lb. frozen cubed hashbrown potatoes
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 16 oz. sour cream
- 2 c. grated cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp. salt & pepper
- 1/2 c. butter
- 2 c. cornflakes

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together except cornflakes & butter. Spread in 13X9 greased casserole dish. Melt butter & mix with cornflakes; sprinkle over top of dish. Bake 1 hour.
