• 2 pkgs 8 oz cream cheese, softened
• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 2 T orange flavoring
• 2 T grated orange peel

Preparation

Step 1

In a large bowl of an electric mixer beat cream cheese, sugar, orange flavoring and peel until smooth.

Use as a cake filling or frosting.

To make a sauce:
Prepare half of the above recipe along with 2 T orange juice.
Yeild: 1 1/2 cups
