Ingredients
- 2 cups green chilies (peeled and seeded)
- 1 large white onion, cut into large rounds and grilled until charred
- 3 tomatillos, husked and grilled until charred
- 1 jalapeño grilled until charred
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 cup chopped cilantro
- salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Add all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
Variations for flavor can include adding chicken stock for flavor and butter for richness.
Top burgers with Asidero cheese.
