Ingredients
- 3/4 C almond milk, water, or coconut water
- 1-2 handfuls of greens
- 1 C fresh or frozen blueberries
- 2 Tbsp chia seed gel (1 Tbsp chia seeds stirred into 1/4 C water)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
