Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs hamburger
- 1 medium onion
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 cup jiffy baking mix
- 1/2 cup milk

Step 1
Heat oven to 400. Grease baking sheet.
Cook hamburger add onion, salt & pepper. Cook onion till tender and drain. Blend baking mix and milk to soft dough. Turn onto lightly floured surface and roll into rectangle 9x12. cover with meat and roll as a jelly roll, pinch seams.
Bake 20-25 min. Serve with gravy, tomatoe or other sauce.
Left over chicken or turkey can be substituted.
