Almond Crunch Ice Cream

Ingredients

• Soaked sliced Almonds
• 1/2 to 1 stick Butter
• 1/2 About 1/2 cup Coconut Sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Saute almonds in butter. Add sugar and cook until caramelized. Place on a plate to cool and harden.

Add 2 tbsp. Amaretto to vanilla ice cream base. Add sugared almonds at the end of freezing cycle.
